Hi, I’m Eddie.
I'm the founder of Broadstead Marketing, a follower of Christ, a husband, and a proud father of two boys. I've called Craven County home for nearly 25 years, including the last nine in New Bern, where my wife and I are raising our family. Between supporting local businesses, participating in community events, and coaching youth sports, I've developed a genuine appreciation for the people and relationships that make this community special.
Professionally, I've spent more than 11 years in sales & marketing, working with companies of all sizes to develop relationships, solve problems, and identify opportunities for growth. I hold a bachelor's degree from East Carolina University and a master's degree from Columbia Southern University. Throughout my career, I've learned that successful business relationships are built on trust, understanding people's needs, and following through on commitments.
Broadstead Marketing gives me the opportunity to combine my professional experience with my desire to support the local business community. I enjoy getting to know the people behind local businesses, learning what makes each one unique, and helping them find practical, affordable ways to reach more customers.
Making Local Advertising More Accessible

Our approach is straightforward: offer affordable advertising options, keep the process simple, and give local businesses opportunities to increase their visibility without taking on the full cost of traditional advertising.
